Who are Southern Housing Trust?
Southern Housing Trust are a not for profit company based along the South Coast. We have offices in Bournemouth and Brighton.
We look after properties in Bournemouth, Brighton, Hove, Bristol, Salisbury, Winchester and throughout the south. Types of property vary from 1 bed flats to large HMO’s, mixed use premises such as shops with accommodation above to purpose built blocks of flats.

Guaranteed rent scheme
Southern Housing Trust can offer to alleviate the worry of renting out our property and guarantee you an income on a monthly or quarterly basis.
By tailoring an offer to meet your requirements we will take away the day-to-day worry of dealing with tenants and property maintenance.
You can then rest easy that you will receive your rent on a guaranteed basis.
How the guaranteed rent scheme works
In effect Southern Housing Trust becomes your tenant. Agreements can run for 3 years or even up to 20 years. We then pay you in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis. We’ll prepare an inventory and condition report so that the property can be returned to you in the same or better condition than you left it to us.
We will market the property and look for suitable tenants to occupy the property. Properties can be either let as whole or on a room by room basis.
During the course of our tenancy with you Southern Housing Trust will manage all internal maintenance works and bear the cost. Dependent on the type of property this would include all internal and external works too. Any void periods, tenant arrears or court fees relating to an occupier will be Southern Housing Trust’s responsibility.
