Replacement Key: Actual cost as per invoice/receipt

Late rent: Interest at 3% over base rate is charged from day one if rent is not paid within 14 days of due date

Variation to lease: £50 or reasonable costs (the greater)

Early termination: Costs associated with early termination when requested by the tenant

Tenancy breach: The landlord will claim for costs/damages as a result of a breach of the tenancy

Holding deposit: One weeks rent – where applicable

Tenancy deposit: 5 weeks rent
