Ellis and Partners have successful managed this project at Fortuneswell, Portland from start to finish including planning application, drawings and building work which has now been fully completed and sold, this was an old Council building which was bought without planning permission for development purposes.

Ellis and Partners successfully obtained planning permission through the Local Planning Authority, and project managed the build to completion.
