Cath Kidston

Elllis and Partners have completed a letting to Cath Kidston who have taken a new 10 year lease in The Arcade, Old Christchurch Road. Jon Tizzard, who agreed the deal and manages The Arcade comments “this is exactly the sort of tenant that Bournemouth and The Arcade deserves, Ellis and Partners have now let space along Old Christchurch Road and in The Arcade to some of the best names in the business including Space NK, White Stuff, Superdry etc. and these deals have increased the quality of shopping in the Town and are creating a more attractive retail offer than Castle Point!”
