Room only lettings
Ellis and Partners are pleased to offer part furnished rooms to let in shared properties in central Bournemouth and the surrounding areas and also in Brighton and the surrounding areas.
Rooms are furnished according to size and most have the following pieces of furniture: Single bed, bedside unit, chest of drawers, desk, chair and wardrobe.
We have single rooms and doubles with prices ranging from £70 to £140 per week which are fully inclusive of council tax, gas, electricity, and water rates. Many properties will also have the benefit of Wi-Fi internet available in the communal area for residents use. Some rooms also benefit from an en-suite shower or bathroom.
Each property will have a shared kitchen for residents’ use which will be equipped with fridge/freezers (appropriate to property size), an integrated oven and hob, microwave, kettle and basic cooking equipment. Some properties also benefit from a washing machine and/or fitted dishwasher.
Our fees for the letting of rooms are as follows:

We understand that room only tenants may need more flexibility and therefore the contract can usually continue on a periodic basis once the initial fixed term has expired.
Room-only tenants do not have to complete a referencing process.
