Each flat can be provided furnished with double beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a desk with a chair in each bedroom. The kitchens are fitted with fridge/freezers, ovens and hobs with space for your microwave should you like. Some bedrooms are provided with en-suite bathrooms.

Trowbridge Court is a block of nine converted flats which are each part furnished, and located right in the city centre of Winchester.
These flats consist of two or three bedrooms, a separate kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are provided with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, desk and chair. A cooker and fridge are provided in the kitchens with space for your microwave should you like. The rental price starts from £270 per person, per calendar month, which includes all water rates.
