Sale Agreed
Ellis and Partners acting on behalf of the freeholders have agreed a sale of the ground floor of the former Boscombe Argos Store to Bournemouth Borough Council. The refurbishment works are due to be completed in the summer with the building housing the Council’s Boscombe Regeneration team, Dorset Police and a youth services drop-in centre. The remainder of the building is currently being converted into residential accommodation.
