Ellis and Partners are the managing agents of The Arcade in Bournemouth and were appointed sole agent to market the old Holland and Barrett unit.

We successfully found the new tenant, L’Occitane, who had a requirement for a newly refurbished unit so we fully undertook the landlord’s works which included new curved shop front and extending the unit requiring listed building consent and improving the street scene of this iconic building.
