Ellis and Partners have received a planning approval for a new rooftop development at Sandringham Mansions on Exeter Road, Bournemouth.
The scheme converts unused roof space into 9 studio apartments with outlook over Bournemouth Gardens. As part of the service provided to our client we also successfully negotiated the affordable housing contributions from £53,000 to a nil payment.
