They are looking for Class D2 planning consent buildings (or permission to change to D2)
400 sq.ft. Main Road or Residential locations, ideally with parking.
Retails shops, former supermarkets or convenience stores, offices or industrial buildings considered. First floor accommodation considered especially if it is above existing retail park tenants.
