Ellis and Partners have let the ground floor and basement of St Peters Quarter to a new and exciting international restaurant – Days Buffet Restaurants – who also have a similar operation in Brighton. This is one of the largest restaurants on the south coast and will have a massive impact on the vitality of this part of Bournemouth attracting customers from afar. It covers over 17,000 sq.ft. and can seat up to 500 people serving a selection of over 150 international dishes for lunch and at least 250 international dishes for dinner.
