Another aquisition for Southern Co-op
Ellis and Partners have recently acquired the Harvey’s Beds unit at Grovebell Industrial Estate in Farnham on behalf of the Southern Co-operative.
The premises have now been demolished and will be rebuilt as a 4,500 sq.ft. gross convenience store. Southern Co-operative hope to be trading from the site in the early part of 2014.
