Congratulations Mr and Mrs Miah who have now opened Mela Indian Restaurant. Having obtained planning consent for a change of use to Class A3 restaurant, Ellis and Partners secured building regulations consent to open up the party wall to link the two shops and undertook the works to provide a shell unit for Mr Miah to fit out the premises. Subsequently we obtained a mixed A3/A5 restaurant and takeaway planning consent for Mr Miah.
